Chocolate cake with raspberries using Uten kitchen scale with bowl

Discover this soft and tasty chocolate biscuit with dark chocolate icing and strawberries

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 200g chocolate
- 100g butter
- 100g floor

Biscuit:

1) Melt 100g of chocolate and mix with 50g of melted butter

2) Separate whites and yellows eggs

3) Beat white eggs up in snow

4) Mix yellows with sugar

5) Mix hot chocolate  /1 with yellows and sugar /4

6) Add a part of the floor to the mix and slowly in corporate some whites without breaking them.
Add more floor and more whites till everything is mixed.

7) Pour into a buttered and floored baking pan

8) 45mn in oven, thermostat 6






Icing:

1) Melt together 100g of chocolate with 50g of butter

2) Pour and spread out the hot mix on cold biscuit



Serve with strawberries and whipped cream
